【Abstract】 Dimethyl ether is a kind of environmental- friendly compound and its uses are increasing. It can be substituted for chlorofluorocarbons, liquefied petroleum gas and diesel oil and its potential market prospect is wide.Dimethyl ether is mainly applied in the field of sprays from the point of the present domestic market. Its uses in other fields are still to be tested.
