低活化比富微孔炭质天然气吸附剂的制备工艺条件研究
MANUFACTURED CONDITIONSFOR HIGHLY NANOMETER-POROUS ADSORBENTS AT THE PRECONDITION OF LOW ACTIVE PROPORTION
【摘要】 在低活化比 [m(KOH)∶m(C) =2∶1 ]前提下 ,以抚顺石油一厂的石油焦为原料 ,以KOH为主要活化剂 ,采用分步复合活化工艺 ,着重考察了原料、活化温度、活化时间、活化助剂及其用量等因素对吸附性能的影响 ,获得了低活化比下制备高性能天然气吸附剂的优化工艺条件 :原料 :1 0 0~ 1 2 0目石油焦 ;活化助剂Cy - 1用量 :m(Cy - 1 )∶m(C) =1∶1 0 ;预活化条件 :32 0℃保持 6 0min ;活化条件 :82 0℃保持 90min。按照该条件制备的低活化比粉状吸附剂质量吸附量达到 1 3.5 % ,重复性较好
【Abstract】 At the precondition of low active proportion, some significative works have been done such as:highly nanometer-porous adsorbents are manufactured at the precondition of m (KOH) : m (C) = 2 : 1 from petroleum cokes from the first petroleum factory in Fushun city using potassium hydroxide as main activator and Cy- 1 as assistant activator. Conditions for pre - activation are : m(KOH) : m (C)=2:l,m(H 20) :m(C) = 2:l,m(Cy- 1) :m(C) = 1:10,keeping at 320 ℃ for 60min. For activation, temperature rises at the rate of 3℃/min from room temperature to 820℃,keeps for 90 minutes and then drops down to 300℃. Tests show that the mass storage(25℃, 3.5 MPa)of the adsorbent is 13.5%, and the result can be repeated very well.
