添加剂氧化镧、氧化镁对甲烷蒸汽转化催化剂镍分散度影响的研究

【摘要】 用H2 脉冲色谱测定金属表面积的方法 ,研究了添加剂La2 O3、MgO的添加量对甲烷水蒸汽转化催化剂活性组分镍的分散度的影响。结果表明 ,添加La2 O3能显著提高金属镍的分散度。La2 O3的适宜添加量接近于它在载体表面上的单层分散容量。MgO对分散度的影响较小 ,但当La2 O3、MgO共存时 ,镍的分散效果最好

【Abstract】 The influence of additives La 2O 3, MgO on the Nickel dispersity of a steam-reforming catalyst was studied by means of hydrogen chemisorption on metallic surface. And from our experiment, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The addition of La 2O 3 improved the dispersity greatly. When the amount of La 2O 3 approximated its monolayer amount, a good dispersity of Ni was gained. (2)MgO did less to improve the dispersity of Ni, but when it was used along with La 2O 3,the result was satisfactory.
