辽河欢喜岭减压渣油供氢剂减粘裂化反应的研究

【摘要】 通过对SDNC为供氢剂的辽河欢喜岭减压渣油 (VR)供氢剂减粘裂化工艺与常规减粘裂化及其它类型的供氢剂减粘裂化工艺的比较 ,初步考察了SDNC作为工业供氢剂使用的可行性。加入质量分数 15 %的SDNC的辽河减压渣油进行供氢剂减粘裂化反应时 ,比常规减粘裂化反应的最大不生焦温度提高 10℃、馏分油产率提高 8.5 2 %、缩合反应转化率减少 1.11%、反应选择性提高 5 .90 %。在相同或相似的实验条件下 ,用四氢萘作为供氢剂时 ,其供氢效果最好 ,供氢剂SDNC次之 ,催化裂化澄清油效果最差。综合供氢剂的供氢效果以及对工艺过程的影响 ,认为SDNC作为工业供氢剂使用时具有明显的优势

【Abstract】 The feasibility of SDNC used as commercial hydrodonor of Liaohe Huanxiling vacuum residue(VR) visbreaking compared with other hydrodonor visbreaking and conventional visbreaking, was investigated systematically in the article. Adding 15wt% SDNC, the maximal reaction temperature of hydrodonor visbreaking without coke in system increases 10℃ and the yield of light distillation increases 8.52wt%, and yield of condensation decreases 1.11wt% correspondingly, the reaction selectivity increases 5.90wt% comparing with that of conventional visbreaking. Under the same or similar experiment conditions, the results show that the best hydrodonor is tetrahydronaphthalene, and the second is SDNC, and the last is fluid catalytic cracking decant oil. But according to comprehensive analysis of hydrodonor efficiency and impacting on the technical processing, SDNC used as commercial hydrodonor has obvious predominance.
