Cr3+对盐藻(Dunaliella salina)生长及营养品质的影响
Effects of Chromium on Growth and Quality of Dunaliella salina
【摘要】 以盐藻Dunaliella salina为材料,设定0ìg·L-1、3ìg·L-1、12ìg·L-1、50ìg·L-1、200ìg·L-1和800ìg·L-16个添加Cr3+浓度处理,分析测定了不同铬浓度下盐藻的生物量(细胞密度)。蛋白质、a-胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量。研究结果表明,中低量添加 Cr3+对盐藻的生长有一定的促进作用,在50ìg·L-1和200ìg·L-1Cr3+条件下,盐藻的生物量高于对照,中低量添加Cr3+对盐藻的生长有一定的促进作用,盐藻蛋白质含量比对照分别提高3.06%和 6.55%,Cr3+浓度在200ìg·L-1时,盐藻的a-胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量比对照分别提高3.93%和2.38%,适当添加Cr3+可提高盐藻蛋白质、a-胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量,有效改善盐藻的营养品质。
【Abstract】 Biomass and contents of protein,a-carotene and soluble carbohydrate of Dunaliella salina under Dig-L,3 i g L-1,12 i g L-1,50 i g L-1,200 i g L-1 and 800 i g L-1 of Cr3+ concentration were analysed.The results snowed that the lower level of Cr3+ could promote the growth of algae.When D.salina exposed to 50 and 200 i g L-1 of Cr3+ the algae contained protein 3.06% and 6.55% higher than the control respectively,and had higher biomass.The algae in the medium added 200 i g L-1 of Cr3+ resulted in a-carotene and soluble carbohydrate contents of 3.93% and 2.38% higher than the control respectively.In a conclusion a suitable dose of Cr3+ in medium stimulated Dunaliella salina to grow and improved the quality of nutrient such as protein,a-carotene and soluble carbohydrate.
