【Abstract】 Showing solicitude for the employment of university students is carring for the subsistece and sustainable development of colleges. The essay shows the rapid progress of society in the background, first expounds the general developmental situation of our country’s vocational guiding,secondly, it emphatically analyses the cultivating function of guides to obtain employment of higher teachers’ physical colleges and departmets, finally puts forward one developing road.
