【摘要】 论述了黄河水资源的特点,分析了在黄河水资源开发利用方面,存在的主要问题,提出了实现黄河流域水资源可持续利用的若干对策。

【Abstract】 The authors state the characteristics of water resources of the Yellow River drainage basin, and make a detailed analysis of the main issues existing in exploitation and utilization of water resources, and put forward some countermeasures to realize sustainable utilization of water resources of the Yellow River drainage basin.
