【摘要】 非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,对现行宪法的几次修改主要是围绕着非公有制经济问题展开的,尽管宪法对于保护和发展非公有制经济发挥了很大作用,但宪法赋予公有制经济与非公有制经济的法律地位是不平等的,宪法中一些经济政策性规定也影响了宪法的稳定,因此,有必要通过修改宪法,删除宪法中经济政策性规定和对不同所有制经济采取不平等对待的规定,把对非公有制经济的保护纳入法制化轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The constitution of China has been revised several times mainly about the non publiclyowned economy which acts and important part in the socialism market economy.Although the constitution plays a vital role in protecting and developing the non publiclyowned economy,it does not treat the non publiclyowned economy and publiclyowned economy equally in law.What is more,some policies on economy in the constitution has affected the stability of the constitution.Therefore,it is necessary to abolish the policies and regulations which treat the different ownership of economy unequally through revising the constitution,then we can put the protection of non publiclyowned econommy into a law track.更多还原
