多环芳烃结构致癌性关系的模糊数学模型
Fuzzy Mathematical Model of the Structure-Carcinogenicity Relationship of PAHs
【摘要】 综合考虑了多环芳烃 (PAH s)分子中诸致癌活性区的作用 ,对这些活性区的 H MO或 PMO计算特性指标作了模糊数学的权衡软处理 ,从而构造出致癌 PAH s的模糊集 ,此模糊集的隶属函数即为 PAH s致癌性强弱的判据 .根据本文提出的数学模型对 PAH s致癌活性的计算结果与实验结果比较 ,符合率达 10 0 % .
【Abstract】 A weigh soft management of fuzzy mathematics to HMO or PMO calculation characteristic indexes of carcinogenic active regions in the molecule of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was made, which the fuction of these active regions was synthetically considered. Then the fuzzy set of carcinogenic PAHs was worked out. From its membership function we could distinguish how strong the carcinogenicity of PAHs is. Compared the results of carcinogenic activity deduced by mathematical model mentioned in this paper with those done by experiments, we found that the coincidence rate reached 100%.
