【Abstract】 Poetic meaning is the core that permeates through Woolf’ s works throughout her life. Bravely and perseveringly making exploratory breakthroughs, she dedicated all her life to poeticizing her novels, thus achieving great successes. She mingles in her fiction such aesthetic features as typical of perspectives, lyrics, symbols, metaphors, associations, music, etc. in poems so that her works are full of poetic flavors. Poeticized fiction is a product of times and a product of a modern trend of thought in literature as well. Owing to the peculiarities of poetic fiction, we readers should appreciate it with a poetic aesthetic sense and from a poetic perspective.
