【摘要】 目的 :探讨真菌性肺炎的发病因素 ,提高临床诊治水平。方法 :通过对本科 1 999年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年1 0月间 1 0例烧伤并发真菌性肺炎患者的临床资料进行分析 ,总结诊断与治疗的经验。结果 :本组 1 0例患者 ,治愈8例 ,死亡 2例。结论 :真菌性肺炎诊断包括临床表现、肺部体征及实验室检查等几个方面 ,治疗应以预防为主 ,避免和消除真菌感染的诱发因素是关键 ,选择有效的全身抗真菌药物 ,及时正确地处理创面 ,加强气管切开后呼吸道的管理 ,是治疗真菌性肺炎的主要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the pathogenic factors of fungal pneumonia in order to raise the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method: 10 cases of this disease were treated in the hospital. Their clinical data were analyzed to sum up experience. Result: 8 out of the 10 cases were cured and 2 cases died. Conclusion: Fungal pneumonia could be diagnosed according to clinical manifestation, physical signs of the lung and laboratory results. As for treatment, the key point is to avoid fungal infections and to apply antimycotic drugs systemically in a proper way. The wounds should be treated timely. Pay attention to the management of the respiratory tract post tracheotomy.更多还原
