【摘要】 目的 :探讨湿润暴露疗法在自体皮片移植术后创面的应用效果。方法 :将自体皮片移植术后创面分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组 4 1例采用湿润暴露疗法 ,对照组 30例采用传统治疗方法。结果 :实验组与对照组相比较 ,创面愈合后平整 ,弹性好 ,实验组和对照组创面愈合时间分别为 10 2± 4 5天和 13 4± 4 6天 ,两周内创面愈合率分别为 92 7% ,5 6 7% ,其差异均有非常显著性意义 (p <0 0 1)。 结论 :湿润暴露疗法可促进自体皮片移植术后创面愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBT in treating wounds post auto skin grafting. Method: 71 cases of burn subjected to auto skin grafting were divided into 2 groups. 41 cases were treated with MEBT and 30 cases treated with traditional method. Result: In MEBT group, all the wounds healed with good elasticity, the healing time was 10 2±4 5 days and the healing rate was 92.7% in 2 weeks, while in the control group, wound healed in 13 4±4 6 days and the healing rate was 56 7%. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant (P<0 01). Conclusion: MEBT can be used in treating wounds post auto skin grafting.更多还原
