【摘要】 目的:总结轻、中度烧伤MEBO烧伤膏湿润包扎疗法的效果。方法:自1999年1月至2002年7月对轻、中度烧伤病人826例创面外涂MEBO烧伤膏采用无菌纱布均匀松散包扎治疗,在各阶段操作过程都遵循协同发挥MEBO烧伤膏药理作用,使创面处于一个生理湿润而不浸渍的环境内,促进创面 原位再生和新生皮肤自然舒适康复的治疗原则。 结果:治疗过程中未发生感染征,未用止痛剂,Ⅲ度创面未植皮,全部自行愈合,其中浅Ⅱ度创面初愈时间7.23±2.05天,深Ⅱ度浅型15.16±2.5天。深Ⅱ度深型23.15±2.05天,Ⅲ度浅型36.1±7.68天,经随访无瘢痕增生及挛缩畸型。结论:湿润包扎疗法省时省力,避免浪费,增加了家庭应用和门诊治疗可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effcacy of MEBO moist bandaging method in treating mild and moderate burn.Method:826 cases of mild and n~mlerate bum were treated with MEBO gauze using 100se bandaging method.TheWOIIIICkq were kept in a moist but not macerated cnviroiunent inorderto promote in situregenerationOfthe skin.Results:NOinfection(X’(,Ilited and no analgesic was used.
