槐花米中黄酮化合物的提取及其抗氧化性的研究

【摘要】 采用水煮法提取制备了槐花米中的芦丁 ,并用分光光度法测定了产品纯度 ;通过抗氧化性实验 ,比较了产品芦丁、芦丁水解物槲皮素以及BHT的抗氧化活性 .

【Abstract】 Rutin is extracted and prepared from sophora japonica with boiling water,and the purity of rutin is determined with spectrophotometric method by antioxidantic experiments.The autioxidantic activity of rutin with that of quercetin of the hydrolyzate of rutin and of BUT is compared.
