【Abstract】 The irradiation preservation technology of food are summarized and the development prospects of irradiation preservation technology of food are discussed in this paper. combining with the resources and geographical features of Shaoguan district, The paper analyses the rationality and feasibility to found an new irradiation source in Shaoguan.更多还原
