【摘要】 作者对聊城东昌湖和老运河不同水体采用活体采样并迅速扩大培养的方法 ,研究草履虫的繁盛期与水质污染的相关性。结果表明 :污染程度不同的水体中 ,草履虫的繁盛期有很大差别 ,且与浮游植物总生物量呈一定的相关性。利用该相关性结合浮游植物总生物量的有关生态指标来鉴定水质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Author expanded culture rapidly after getting new water from Dongchang Lake and old canal water,researched the relativity of pramecium’s thriving period and water polluting.Result enunciation:Pramecium’s thriving period was very different in different polluting water, and it relatived to the totle living of plankton.This relativity and some target of plankton’s totle living could be used to appraise water quality.更多还原
