【摘要】 实验采用成都泰盟BL-生物机能实验系统,记录了家兔离体回肠张力。首先滴加大豆甙元进行观察,并分别用M型受体桔抗剂、α、β受体拮抗剂以及阿片受体阻断剂对家兔离体回肠张力活动中的相互作用进行观察,结果表明:大豆甙元对家兔离休回肠张力的频率、峰峰值均有抑制作用,分别滴加M型受体拮抗剂、α、β受体拮抗剂,以及阿片受体阻断剂均不影响大豆甙元的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment carried aut by using Taimeng BL- 410 biologcal function system made in Chengdu has recorded the tensile force of rabbits’ ileum. In the first place, the abservation is conducted after putting some drops of soybean glucoside so are the abservation of the enteraction of activity of the tensile force of rabbits’ ileum by utilizing M- type subject resistive agent, α、β、subject resistive agent and opium subject blocker respectively. The result revails that soybean glucoside unit has the effect of suppressing both frequency and peak value of the tensile force of rabbits’ileum. Putting some drops of M - type subject resistive agent, α、β、subject resistive agent and opium subject blocker respectively has no effect on the function of soybear glucoside unit.更多还原
