铬鞣废液的治理和利用技术研究
Study on the technology of treatment and utilization in chrome tanning liquid waste
【摘要】 对铬鞣废液的治理和利用技术研究表明:以氢氧化钠和石灰作沉淀剂,pH值控制在8.5~9.0,水解2 h用热水洗涤2次,杂质分离效率可达80%,回收铬的纯度可以保证鞣革工艺的要求.
【Abstract】 A new technology of chrome tanning liquid waste treated and utilized was studied. The results showed that efficiency of separating impurity might be up to 80 %, and purity of reclamating chromic might arrive at requirements for tannage technology. The optimum conditions are that sodium hydroxide and lime are used as precipitant, pH volue is controlled within 8.5-9.0,hydrolytic decomposition time is 2h, and cleaning with hot water twice within two hours.
