【摘要】 建立了测定中药材补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱法。采用的色谱条件为:HypersilODS色谱柱(150mm×4 6mmi d ,5μm),以乙腈 水(体积比为30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为245nm。在此条件下,补骨脂素、异补骨脂素和内标物联苯苄唑获得了较好的分离。补骨脂素和异补骨脂素质量浓度分别为0 50～10 0mg/L时,组分与内标的峰面积比值与质量浓度之间的线性关系良好(r=1 000),最低检测限为10μg/L(S/N=3)。所建立的方法用于不同产地的补骨脂素药材分析,结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the simultaneous determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Pso raleae corylifalia. by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detectio n at 245 nm was developed. Bifonazole was used as internal standard. These comp onents were separated on a Hypersil ODS column (150 mm×46 mm i.d., 5 μm) wit h acetonitrile-H2O (30∶70, v/v) as mobile phase. The linear ranges were 05 0-100 mg/L for both psoralen and isopsoralen, and the detection limits for both compounds were 10 μg/L at a signal to noise of 3. The recoveries of p soralen and isopsoralen were in the ranges of 989%-990% and 993%-1015%, respectively.
