固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱测定工业废水中痕量有机物的研究

【摘要】 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术结合气相色谱 质谱(GC/MS)法对石化工业废水中的痕量有机物进行检测和分析。针对废水中存在的几种主要有机物,对影响SPME的参数进行了优化。建立的方法在所测的范围内具有良好的线性(相关系数:0 98~1 00),检测限达0 3~29 1μg/L,重复测定的相对标准偏差小于7%,回收率为78 6%~125 1%。采用该方法对某石化工业废水样品中主要存在的25种痕量有机物进行测定,结果表明这是一种简便、准确的分析方法,所测得的结果可为废水的治理提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 A method using solidphase microextraction (SPME) combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) has been developed for the determination of trace organic pollutants in petrochemical industrial waste water. The parameters of SPME were optimized by using typical compounds in the waste water. The method developed has good analytical characteristics with correlation coefficients of 098-100 in the linear range determined, detection limits of 03-291 μg/L, relative standard deviations less than 7%, and recoveries ranging from 786% to 1251%. The method developed has been applied to measure 25 trace organic pollutants in waste water from a petrochemical refinery. The results show that it is a fast, simple, and efficient analytical method, and provides useful information on organic components in waste water, which is very important for its treatment.
