【Abstract】 The preparatioon and performance of chitosan membrane were studied in the paper. The plant pigment enrichmentof chitosan membrane was discussed. The experiments showed that 2% chitosan membrane has better enrichment on pigment ofradish and that the recovery of the pigment was 84%.
