沙枣花挥发油的化学成分及其指纹图谱的研究

【Abstract】 Essential oils in flowers from Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were analyzed by GC-MS.17 compounds were separated andidendtifed from the essential oil.The relative percentage of the constituents accounted for 89.27%.The relative reten time andrelative peak area were selected as the assaying fingerprint chroma togram.Established by HPLC-DAD ,6 characteristic peaks were identified.更多还原
