【Abstract】 Anew method for the determination of glucose in the milk by enzyme analysis was described and the conditions of assay were discussed.The advantages of this method were finely accurate and sensitive in determi-nation and simple in operation.The d etection range for glucose was 0～150mg /L.By using this method to de-termine three milk samples,the resu lts were satisfactory.更多还原
