迷迭香天然抗氧化剂的超临界流体萃取工艺研究
Study on extraction of natural antioxidant from rosemary by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.
【摘要】 应用超临界CO2流体萃取技术提取迷迭香天然抗氧化剂,通过单因素实验和正交实验设计,以得率为指标,得到最佳工艺技术参数为萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度55℃,解析压力5MPa,解析温度70℃,萃取时间3h,夹带剂(95%乙醇)用量为装料量的40%。
【Abstract】 The extraction of natural antioxidant from rosemary was investigated by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2). Conditions of the extraction were studied using four -factor and there -level orthogonal design method as guided by extraction yield. The optimized conditions were established as follows: extraction pressure 30MPa, extraction temperature 55℃,separation pressure 5MPa,separation temperature 70℃ ,extraction time 3 hours, the modifier (95%EtOH)40%(on sample basis).
