【摘要】 对 6种商品化大孔树脂吸附纯化葛根异黄酮的性能进行对比筛选 ,发现AB 8树脂最适合葛根异黄酮的纯化。试验结果表明 ,洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数为 70 % ,工作液流速为2BV/h ,浸提浓缩液 pH值为 5时 ,采用AB 8大孔吸附树脂串联柱对葛根异黄酮进行纯化效果最优 ,产品的收率和纯度都较高更多还原

【Abstract】 The purification Pueraria isoflavones with 6 commercial macroreticular resin was studied,the results showed that AB 8 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of Pueraria isoflavones With a ethanol desorption agent concentration of 70%,work solution speed of 2?BV/h and work solution pH of 5,contacted AB 8 resin column can reach a reasonable yield and purity of product更多还原
