枸杞多糖-4组成分析及其生理活性研究

【摘要】研究了枸杞多糖 4(LBP 4)的组成和它对雌性昆明幼鼠生长发育的影响。结果表明 :LBP 4是含有 60 45 %半乳糖醛酸和 2 8 78%中性糖的酸性杂多糖 ,其中性糖摩尔比为 :木糖∶半乳糖∶甘露糖∶葡萄糖∶阿拉伯糖∶鼠李糖 =2 0 5∶1 2 0∶1∶0 90∶0 85∶0 38;重均分子量Mw 为 1 5 69× 10 5,数均分子量Mn 为 1 42 2× 10 5,Mw/Mn 为 1 10 4;摄入适量的LBP 4具有降低食物利用率、抗疲劳和抗氧化的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The components of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide 4(LBP 4)were determined, and the effects of LBP 4 on weanling mice were observed The results showed that LBP 4 consists of six kinds of monosaccharide M w ,M n and M w /M n are 1 569×10 5,1 422×10 5 and 1 104,respectively It could enhance the longest swimming time Certain dose of LBP 4 could enhance food conversion rate and reduce LPO in innards更多还原
