【Abstract】 The implementation of new regulations arouse to the reform of basketball including the ideal and strategy of its offence and defense. NBA enacted new regulations caused by history factors and the demand of practice .It is more practical and the main tendency that the group defense formed by follow-up defense and pressure defense, and also multi-point attack and combination attack are fulfilled.
