【Abstract】 The legal position of Internet Presence Provider is becoming the focus problem of Internet transaction . This article describes the operation mode of IPP , through comparison with and analysis of an Internet Presence Provider and a seller , a counter and a broker , and concludes that we should adopt the conception of Interactive Computer Service Provider in some foreign cases and further establish the legal position of Internet Presence Provider.更多还原
