【Abstract】 An investigation on occupational stress was conducted in managers and clerks of market using an occupational stress indicator (OSI) questionnaire.Results showed that the level of occupational stress in managers was significantly higher than that in clerks,and their response to stress was more serious in managers than that in clerks.It was found that main predicting factors for level of stress and response to stress varied in managers and clerks with stepwise regression analysis.更多还原
