硅铝镁测定要点及误差分析
Key point of detecting Si,Al,Mg and the error analysis
【摘要】 针对河南省部分企业普通水泥中的SiO2,生料中的Al2O3和石灰石中的MgO质量分数的化学分析合格率低的情况,分别介绍了用氯化铵重量法和氟硅酸钾容量法测普通水泥中w(SiO2)、用EDTA直接滴定法和CuSO4回滴法测生料中w(Al2o3)、用代用法测石灰石中w(MgO)含量的步骤、测定要点及误差分析。
【Abstract】 Acceptable level of chemical analysis of some Henan cement enterprises is low when it comes to detect SiO2 content in the ordinary Portland cement, Al2O3 content in raw material and MgO content in limestone, aiming to this condition, steps of detecting SiO2 content in ordinary Portland cement by NH4C1 weight method and K2SiF6 volume method, detecting Al2O3 content in raw material by EDTA direct titration method and CuSO4 retitration method and deteting MgO content in limestone by substitute method are introduced as well as detection main points and the error analysis.
