【摘要】 目的　探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注入动物及人体后 ,在体内环境作用下 ,经过一段时间 ,是否有丙烯酰胺单体释放出来。方法　在不同时期从注射处抽出或取出标本 ,进行高压液相色谱仪外标法检测。结果　小香猪 :半年以上标本 1份 ,1年以上标本 3份。兔 :6～ 8个月标本 6份。人体乳房内抽出标本 :2 2例人 2 6份。检测结果均 <3.6×10 6,未高出注射前标准样品检测的数值。结论　初步提供在近期内未发现丙烯酰胺单体析出的结果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore possibility of degradation of polyacrylamid hydrogel and release of acrylamid monomer after it was injected into body for a period of time. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was employed to detect acrylamid monomer in the sample that was drew from injected area after which was injected for a period of time. Results Mini-musk swine: 1 sample was over six months, and 3 were over a year. Rabbit: 6 samples were 6 to 8 months. Human being breasts: 26 samples from 22 people. The resultc show that the amount of acrylamid monomer is lower than 3.6×10 6 which were not higher than the value before injection. Conclusion Primary finding proves that no acrylamid monomer releases out after the polyacrylamid hydrogel (PAG) injected into the body.更多还原
