【摘要】 目的　通过对 15 5例不同部位、不同类型葡萄酒色斑的铜蒸汽激光光动力疗法疗效的评价 ,探讨该疗法的有效性以及各种病变类型、病变部位与疗效的关系。方法　对 15 5例葡萄酒色斑患者进行铜蒸汽激光光动力疗法治疗 ,总结分析其不同的疗效。结果　①总有效率 97.4 % ,完全治愈率 2 6 .5 % ,基本治愈率 4 5 .8% ,好转率 2 5 .2 % ,无效 2 .6 %。②在功率密度 6 0～ 10 0mW /cm2 、照射时间 30～ 4 0min、能量密度 14 0～ 2 4 0J/cm2 的范围内进行治疗是安全、可靠的。③疗效与病变类型有关 :扁平型与肥厚结节型 ,粉红型、绯红型与紫红型的Ⅱ级以上疗效均存在显著差异。④疗效与病变部位有关 :Ⅱ级以上疗效 ,额颞部和颈、耳后部均为 10 0 % ,其余依次为鼻面颧部、面颊部、下颌部和四肢。结论　铜蒸汽激光光动力疗法治疗葡萄酒色斑是一种疗效可靠、安全的高选择性治疗方法 ,疗效与各种因素相关 ,临床应用需综合考虑 ,合理调整更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between curative effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with therapeutic parameters, lesion pattern, color and site in port-wine stain (PWS). Methods 155 patients suffered from PWS were treated with copper vapor laser mediated photodynamic therapy. Results In 155 patients, 151 (97.4%) responded to PDT with varying degrees of effectiveness. The results evaluated as excellent, good, fair and poor were 26.5%, 45.8%, 25.2% and 2.6% respectively. Under the irradiation condition of power ranged from 60～100?mW/cm 2, energy density within 140～240?J/cm 2 and time duration 30～40?min, the treatment was effective and safe. And the curative effect was related with irradiation parameters, lesion pattern, color and site. Conclusion Our results showed that PDT with copper vapor laser is effective and safe for the treatment of PWS. For different cases, we need to set up different irradiation conditions in clinical practice.更多还原
