【摘要】 目的　比较传统全耳再造及扩张法两种不同方法全耳再造的临床效果。方法　传统法耳再造和扩张法分别应用肋软骨及Medpor支架全耳再造 ,3种方法全耳再造 98例。 结果　自 1990年至今共应用 98例 ,效果有明显差别。结论　扩张法全耳再造 ,是目前较为理想的耳再造方法 ,Medpor支架扩张法全耳再造 ,目前还有一些并发症 ,但经过改进 ,可以达到满意效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of traditional total auricle reconstruction and the expansion way with two different frameworks. Methods Using traditional method, expanded skin flap method ,expanded skin flap method and Medpor framework to reconstruct auricles in different cases. Results Obvious differences were found in 98 cases using different methods. Conclusion Using expanded skin flap to reconstruct auricle is a good method, and there are still some problems if Medpor framework were used.更多还原
