【摘要】 目的　探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶在隆乳术临床应用中的方法、效果及并发症的预防。方法　乳房下皱襞穿刺乳房后间隙注射填充 ,对手术效果、术后并发症进行统计、分类和分析。结果　本组共有 3 0 32例患者行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳 ,术后效果优者 2 1 2 6例 (占 70 .1 1 % ) ,良者 861例 (占 2 8.39% ) ,差者 45例 (占 1 .5 % )。术后并发症中硬结 96例、血肿 45例、疼痛 48例、感染 5例、针孔瘘管 2例、其他 3例 (像皮泥样改变 1例 ,气胸 1例 ,乳汁淤积 1例 )。各种并发症经相应处理均获治愈。结论　聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作为填充材料相对安全可靠 ,行注射隆乳具有操作简易、痛苦小、效果真实明显、并发症少而且易于处理等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe PAHG′s operation method, result, complication and treatment when used as breast implant. Methods To injecting PAHG through a puncture in the breast crease. To evaluate, classify and analyze operation results and complication and treatment. Results In 3?032 PAHG injection breast augmentation cases, 2?126 cases were excellent, giving a rate of 70.11%. 861 cases were good(28.39%), 45 were an satisfactory (1.5%). Complications after operation: breast lumps occured in 96 cases, excessive bleeding 45 cases, pain 48 cases, infection 5 cases, fistula 2 and others 3. All complications were cured by propriate treatment. Conclusion PAHG breast filling implant is relatively safe, easy to operate with less pain and give remarkable result and less complication, which is easy to deal with. Here we present some personal experience and opinion about clinical use of PAHG, operating skill of injection breast augmentation and complication and treatment.更多还原
