【摘要】 目的　探讨转化生长因子 β1在增生性瘢痕中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化技术检测了 6 7例增生性瘢痕和 11例正常皮肤对照组中转化生长因子 β1的表达。结果　转化生长因子 β1在增生性瘢痕中表达的阳性率为 10 0 % ,且高表达为 5 4例 ,低表达为 13例。 11例正常皮肤仅有 3例为低表达 ,阳性率 2 7.2 7%。统计学分析两组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　转化生长因子 β1在增生性瘢痕中的表达增强 ,提示转化生长因子 β1可能参与了增生性瘢痕的形成并起着重要的作用 ,故在预防和治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕中具有一定的临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1) and its clinical significance. Methods To detect the expression of TGF β 1 in 67 hypertrophic scars and 11 normal skin by immunohistochemisty. Results Positive rate of TGF β 1 expression in hypertrophic sear was 100%, in which 54 cases had high expression and 13, low expression. Among 11 normal skin, only 3 cases showed low expression, positive rate of TGF β 1 expression was 27.27%. The difference between these two groups were of statistical sighificance(P<0.01). Conclusion The findings of increased TGF β 1 indicated that TGF β 1 may participate in the formation of hypertrophic scar and play an important role, so it was of great clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of burnt hypertrophic scar.更多还原
