【摘要】 正确评价水资源量与水资源可利用量是合理开发利用水资源的重要条件。在评价的内容、方法与范围上,以及在人均水资源量指标方面笔者提出一些见解。如对一个区域的天然淡水资源总量除降水及其所产生的径流外,浅层、深层地下水,地球水圈中一切形态的水是否都统计为水资源量,水资源合理开发利用应以不破坏生态环境为限度,人均水资源量“界限值”的确定等,供大家参考和讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 To correctly evaluate water resources capacity and availability of water resources is a basic condition for the rational development of water resources. The article proposes opinions on contents, methods and scope of the evaluation as well as index of water resources availability per capita, such as whether the total natural fresh water resources in a area including shallow and deep aquifers or all forms of water in the water cycle of the globe despite of precipitation and its generated runoffs, whether rational development and utilization of water resources should be limited within the scope of not damaging ecological environment as well as "limitation value" of water resources availability per capita etc. for your reference and discussion.更多还原
