【Abstract】 The ideological and political work is not only a political advantage and a fine tradition of our Party, but also a lifeline of various jobs in colleges and universities. Due to the great challenge faced in the new stage, it is of momentous current significance for colleges and universities to innovate their ideological and political ways. In the article, the authors think that colleges and universities can make enhancement and improvement in their ideological and polical work from the following five different aspects, that is,to strengthen the leadership in order to encourage the initiative of work ,complete the system so as to develop the scientificity of work ,select a suitable carrier for the sake of the accordance of work, improve by oneself with the development of society aiming to reflect the times of the work, and set up a crack team in order to reinforce the practicality and efficiency of work.更多还原
