【Abstract】 The control factors of stability for plunge pool slabs are analyzed according to the model test results of several high dams. A quantitative index expressing the dynamic forces acting on the slabs is deduced based on the relationship between fluctuating flow pressure and impact force and the relationship between fluctuating flow pressure and uplift force. The suggested index can be used as the criteria for assessing the stability of slabs.更多还原
