粘弹性聚合物熔体挤出胀大的三维计算机模拟
Three-dimensional Computer Modeling for Extrudate Swell of Polymer Melts
【摘要】 采用粘弹性PTT模型对聚合物熔体的挤出胀大进行了三维计算机模拟研究 ,其中用罚函数有限元方法以降低模拟对计算机内存的要求 ;在动量方程中引入参考粘度 ,并把动量方程转化成椭圆类方程的去藕算法 ,以增加计算收敛的稳定性。研究表明本文提出的算法是可行的
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional computer modeling for extrudate swell of polymer melts was studied by using viscoelastic Phan-Thien and Tanner(PTT) model,including the "Penalty" finite element method to decrease computational memory and the transformation of the momentum equation to be the decoupling algorithm of ellipse-type equation in which a reference viscosity is intruduced,to increase the stability of convergence in calculation.The research showed that the algorithm mentioned in this paper was feasible.
