变频调速在热电厂翻车机系统中的应用
Application of VVVF in Wagon Tipper System of Thermal Power Plant
【摘要】 针对华能北京热电厂翻车机调速系统存在的系统安全性低、工作效率低、能耗大的问题,通过对其进行变频调速改造,使翻车机运行的安全可靠性大大提高,调速系统故障率占总故障率的比例从2001年的55%降低到了2002年的2%,每节列车的卸车时间从原来的200s缩短到了180s,年节电约15万kWh,达到了改造目的。
【Abstract】 In view of the problems existing in variable speed system of wagon tipper of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant regarding poor safety, low working efficiency and large energy consumption, reformation of VVVF are carried out, so that the safety and reliability of wagon tipper operation greatly improved, percentage of variable speed system failure number in overall failure ones are reduced from 55% in the year of 2001 to 2% in 2002, unloading period of each wagon tipper are shortened form the original 200s to 180s, energy saving every year is about 150000kWh.
