MC尼龙/纳米碳酸钙复合材料最优制备工艺的研究
Study on Optimization of Preparing Process of MC Nylon-6/Nano-scale CaCO3 Composites
【摘要】 用均匀设计法和人工神经网络法等技术对MC尼龙 /纳米碳酸钙复合材料的制备工艺条件进行了深入的探讨 ,确定了最优工艺条件 ,并验证了最优工艺条件。MC尼龙 /纳米碳酸钙复合材料的最优制备工艺条件为 :纳米碳酸钙的质量分数为 1 0 % ,催化剂的质量分数为 0 15 % ,活化剂的质量分数 0 3 6% ,模具温度为 160℃。
【Abstract】 The preparing process of MC nylon-6/nano-scale CaCO 3 composites was studied by Uniform Design Method and Artificial Neural Network Method. The optimum process conditions were established and testified. The optimum process conditions were that the mass fractions of nano-scale CaCO 3,catalyst A,and activator B were 1.0%,0.15% and 0.36% respectively,the casting temperature was 132℃ and mould temperature was 160℃.
