1,1,3-三甲基-3-苯基茚满的合成及表征
Synthesis and Structural Characterization of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-phenylindane
【摘要】 以α -甲基苯乙烯为原料 ,活性白土为催化剂 ,聚合成 1,1,3 -三甲基 -3 -苯基茚满并进行了表征 ,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对收率的影响。结果表明 :在温度为 15 0℃、催化剂用量为原料质量的 7 5 %、反应时间为 5h的条件下 ,产品收率为 89 0 6%。产品用适宜溶剂重结晶后 ,纯度可达 99 9%。
【Abstract】 1,1,3-trimethyl 3 phenylindane was synthesized from α methylstyrene with acid activated clay as catalyst The influenes of the reaction time,temperature and the quantity of catalyst on the yield of product were investigated,and the structure of the product was characterized by IR,MS and NMR The results showed when the temperature was 150℃ and the quantity of catalyst was 0 075 times of the quantity of α methylstyrene and the reaction time was 5h,the product yield was 89 06% The purity of the product could reach up to 99 9% by recrystallization in suitable solvent
