阻燃PET的热降解行为研究
Study on Behavior of Thermal Degradation of Flame Retardant PET
【摘要】 利用TG -DTG方法 ,研究了不同配比阻燃PET在N2 气氛下的热降解行为。结果发现 ,阻燃剂能显著减缓PET的分解速率 ,提高PET分解后形成的残余物的稳定性 ,使化学成炭质量得到改善 ;阻燃剂的加入使体系的成炭化学反应过程提前 ,显示了较好的协效作用 ,有利于残余物的稳定 ,提高其阻燃性能
【Abstract】 The behavior of thermal degradation of flame retardant PET of different composition ratio in nitrogen atmosphere and at a certain heating rate was studied by means of TG-DTG The results showed when the flame retardant was added into PET, the decomposition rate of PET obviously decreased, the stability of the residue from the decomposition increased, and the quality of the char yielded was improved; the charring reaction occurred in advance because of the addition of the flame retardant, which showed the system had good synergism For the flame retardance and the stability of the residue, it is very useful to add the flame retardant into PET
