【摘要】 以云母和废钛屑为主要原料 ,用液相沉积法在云母表面包膜二氧化钛薄膜。该工艺由钛液制备、云母前处理、包膜、过滤、洗涤、焙烧、表面处理等七步完成 ,控制反应条件 ,制得银白色和彩虹型两种云母钛光颜料。探讨了影响包膜二氧化钛薄膜的主要因素 ,获得最佳工艺参数 ,即反应温度 90℃ ,游离酸的浓度 4mol/L ,焙烧温度 80 0℃。更多还原
