超细粉体微胶囊红磷阻燃剂的研制
Preparation of Super-fine Powdered Microencapsulation Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant
【摘要】 红磷经湿法研磨预处理 ,在一定pH值 (9 0~ 9 5 )、表面活性剂用量为 0 8%~ 1 0 % ,2 2 0 0Hz超声波振荡 15min后 ,采用蜜胺树脂预聚体原位法包覆 ,制得了微胶囊红磷阻燃剂的超细粉体 ,其平均粒径为 2 186μm。并探讨了预处理、pH值、表面活性剂及超声波对粒度的影响。
【Abstract】 By wet grinding of red phosphorous and in situ polymerization coating of melamine resin,super fine powered microencapsulation red phosphorous flame retardant was prepared with the pH value being 9 0~9 5,surface active agent content 0 8%~1 0% and 2200 Hz ultrasonic wave for 15 min The average particle diameter of the prepared product was 2 186 μm The effects of the pretreatment,pH value,surface active agent and ultrasonic wave on the particle size were studied
