吸湿性PA6/PVP共混物的结构及性能研究
Structure and Property of Hygroscopic PA6/PVP Blend
【摘要】 通过熔融共混的方法 ,在PA6中混入 3 %~ 10 %的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP) ,使PA6共混物的吸湿性明显提高。随PVP加入量的增大 ,PA6结晶由γ型逐渐向α型转变 ,PVP与PA6形成了分子间氢键。FTIR和WAXD分析证明了分子间氢键的存在及PA6晶型的变化
【Abstract】 By means of the melt blending of 3%~10% PVP into PA6,the moisture absorption of PA6 could be in creased obviously With the increase of the content of PVP in the blend,the PA6 crystalline state changed from γ phase to α phase,forming an intermolecular hydrogen bond between PVP and PA6 FTIR and WAXD analysis approved the existence of the intermolecular hydrogen bond and the change of the PA6 crystalline state
