【Abstract】 The Mianhuatan hydropower station is the first hydropower engineering which was up to scratch in its entirety,and also is the first hydropower engineering which introduced professional commissioning teams. The construction and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment were carried out separately. This paper introduces the methods of commissioning teams enhancing the cooperation with construction teams and its experience of enhancing the safety and quality management in commissioning, also briefly introduces the situation of commissioning.更多还原
