适合溪洛渡水电站地层条件的金刚石钻头的研制
Development of diamond drill bit for the geological conditions of the Xiluodu Hydropower Station
【摘要】 针对溪洛渡水电站所在地区坚硬、性脆、伴有裂隙发育和层间层内错动的玄武岩地层,在适应现有设备和钻进工艺要求的基础上,通过胎体配方、钻头结构、烧结工艺、金刚石粒度设计等方面的研究,开发出具有寿命长、钻进速度快,单米进尺成本低的金刚石钻头,从而满足加快溪洛渡水电站工程勘探进度、降低成本的需要。
【Abstract】 A new drilling bit has been developed in combination with local geological conditions of the hardness, fragility, fissures development, and faulted between the bedding layer of Xuanwu rocks in the site area of the Xiluodu Hydropower Station, on the basis of meeting the needs of existing equipment and drilling techniques. This new diamond bit has the advantage of long life service, quick drilling speed and low cost per meter in drilling, which meets the needs of quickening the survey progress and lowering the cost of the Xiluodu Hydropower Project.
