【摘要】 VGCR2 11型调速器的可编程控制器采用数字化双套冗余配置方式 ;应用程序由RS2 32串口写入用户存储器 ,确保电源消失后程序不会造成任何丢失 ;输出放大VCA1卡可独立实现对调速器的开度控制功能 ;转速检测单元采用齿盘测速方式 ,网频测量取自机端PT ;导叶反馈采用角度传感器电气反馈方式。调速器的转速、开度和负荷三种控制模式可任意无扰动切换。在功能实现上 ,导叶采用关断阀 ,该阀集开停机阀和紧急停机阀功能于一体 ,不装事故配压阀。该调速器在小浪底水电厂投运以来其调节性能、可靠性基本达到设计要求 ,维护工作量较以往传统产品大大减少更多还原

【Abstract】 The programmable logical controller of VGCR211 speed governor adopts double digital redundancy configuration way. Its application program is written into user memory by RS232 string port, which can ensure no dropout when power is suddenly shut down. VCA1 output amplifying card can realize the opening control function of speed governor. The rotation speed check unit adopts tooth-disc speed measurement way. The net frequency is from its PT end. The feedback of guide blade adopts angular sensor feedback way. The speed, opening and load of speed governor can be freely shifted without interference. In the realization of functions, the guide blade adopts shutdown valve that integrates the functions of switch-on and switch-off valve and emergency switch-off valve into one, without emergency valve. Such speed governor is applied in the Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant and has met the design requirements of regulating performances and reliability.
