东河水库溢洪道及输水隧洞水工模型试验
Hydraulic model tests on the spillway and water conveyance tunnel for Donghe Reservoir
【摘要】 东河水库溢洪道、泄洪洞共用一个消力池,加之溢洪道、泄洪洞进口交叉,原初步设计中担心隧洞进口受溢洪道进水的影响,隧洞流量系数取值偏小。为此,设计人员会同相关单位进行水工模型试验,将原设计中出口闸墩下游端的体形由圆形改为椭圆曲线,降低了消力池底板高程,加深了消力池深度,增加了左侧边墙;从而解除了疑虑,为下阶段工程设计打下了基础。
【Abstract】 The spillway and floodreleasing tunnel of Donghe Reservoir share a stilling pool and their entrances cross. In the original preliminary design, the effects of the spillway on the tunnel were taken into account so the discharge coefficient of the tunnel was adopted in low side. For this reason, the hydraulic model tests on the spillway and the tunnel were made. According to the test results, the shape of the downstream part of outlet pier in the original design is changed from round to elliptic curve, the elevation of bottom slab of stilling pool reduced, the depth of stilling pool increased and the left sidewall added. All these measures lay a good foundation for the design of the project.
